Laura received her Acupuncture Diploma from Eight Branches Academy of Eastern Medicine (2015) and has a Masters of Science in Nutrition from McGill University (2009). She also completed advanced acupuncture training at the Canadian Gynecology Institute of Chinese Medicine (2019), York University (2017) and Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, China (2016).

Laura uses a combination of acupuncture, cupping, guasha (myofascial scraping), tuina (acupressure), and moxibustion to balance and help repair the body, mind and spirit. She has the following areas of clinical focus:
